Privacy & Terms

Sign-in is optional and runs through Google. We keep your Google ID and the verified address it comes with, the name on the account, the players you have hearted and the tournaments you follow. Nothing else — and reading the site needs none of it.

• We count anonymous usage: which pages are viewed and which features are used (for example, that a comparison was opened or a draw page’s tab was switched). These are counts, not profiles — nothing in them identifies you.
• Analytics runs on EU-hosted servers and is served through this site's own domain — no third-party trackers load on the page.
• We do not record your screen or session. The counts carry no identifier, on your device or ours, so they cannot be joined back to your sign-in or to each other.
• A promoted tournament is told its totals: how often its slide was shown, seen and clicked. Never anything about who saw it.

The Promote with Setlex form keeps what you send — your address, the phone or WhatsApp number if you give one, and your message — to reply to you, and for nothing else. Ask and we delete it. Its spam check is a puzzle your browser solves while you type; it stores nothing on your device.

Setlex sets no tracking cookies. Signing in sets one: the signed session that keeps you signed in for 30 days, which you clear by signing out. The only other thing saved in your browser is your dark-mode preference, which stays on your device and is never sent to us. That's why there is no cookie banner: nothing here follows you off this site.

Like almost every website, our hosting infrastructure keeps standard technical logs (such as IP addresses and requested pages) for a short time, for security and to keep the site running. We don't use them for anything else.

Pages here link out to tournaments' official websites and to the sources our data comes from. Once you follow one of those links, that site's own privacy policy applies, not this one.

Setlex is an independent, informational site about professional tennis — rankings, results, and the numbers behind them. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the ATP, the WTA, the ITF, or any tournament, player, or governing body, a tournament that pays for a promoted place included. All trademarks belong to their owners.

A tournament can pay for its slide to be shown first on the front page. That slide is always labelled Promoted, and it is built from the same results and schedules as every other: a promotion buys the place, never the facts.

We work to keep the data correct and current, but we can't guarantee it: a feed can publish a result late, incomplete, or simply wrong, and we publish what it gives us — the About page names every source. Please don't rely on anything here for decisions with money on the line, such as betting or commercial use.

Sports facts and statistics belong to no one; the site's design, writing, and visualizations belong to Setlex.

Setlex is free for personal use. Please don't do anything that disrupts it for others — for example, automated scraping at a rate that degrades the service, or attempting to break its security.

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Setlex is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of it.
